As the Mla of Ghatkopar east, I visited the Lion’s Club medical camp to support such a noble cause of granting free medical services to the people. I volunteered to have my blood pressure test taken at the free diabetes check-up and pathology tests organized by Lion’s Club organization held at Vidyavihar, Mumbai. This initiative was one that I hope inspires other organizations or medical sectors to embark on. It is always a good thing to help people in our society. Many people don’t have the time or finance to spend on a trip to see the doctor. In India, many people face the problem that comes with having high or low blood pressure. The Lion’s Club camp helped a lot of people. The crowd was huge with people lined up to have their blood pressure checked.
