व्यक्तिगत
गुजराती जैन असल्याने आणि वाणिज्य शाखेची पदवी घेतल्यानंतर, पराग शाह जी यांनी १९९१ साली कौटुंबिक बांधकाम व्यवसायात सामिल होऊन आपल्या कारकिर्दीची सुरवात केली. सन २००२ मध्ये त्यांनी आपल्या क्षमतेच्या, व्यवसाय कौशल्याच्या तसेच उद्योजकीय अनुभवाच्या बळावर मॅन इन्फ्राकंन्स्ट्रक्शन लिमिटेडची स्थापना केली. त्यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली २०१० या वर्षी कंपनी सुचीबद्ध झाली. बांधकाम उद्योगात पराग शाह जी यांना जवळपास २५ वर्षांपेक्षा जास्त अनुभव आहे. तसेच त्यांनी त्यांच्या कारकिर्दीत हजाराहून जास्त व्यक्तींसाठी प्रत्यक्ष किंवा अप्रत्यक्षरीत्या रोजगार उपलब्ध करून दिला आहे.

भारतीय जनता पक्ष हा ” संघ परिवार ” म्हणून प्रामुख्याने ओळखल्या जाणाऱ्या तसेच राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघाचे पालनपोषण करणाऱ्या संघटनांच्या कुटुंबातील एक प्रमुख सदस्य म्हणून ओळखला जातो. आरएसएस प्रमाणेच भाजपने सुद्धा भारताच्या ऐक्य आणि अखंडतेवर आपली स्वतंत्र अशी ओळख निर्माण केली आहे. एवढेच नव्हे तर सामाजिक, आर्थिक, वैयक्तिक, चारित्र्य आणि सांस्कृतिकरित्या परिपूर्ण असलेल्या आपल्या भारत देशाचे आणि लोकांचे वैशिष्ट्य आहे
